This beautiful home is a great getaway for those, who like to kick back, relax in tranquility and escape the crowds.

Enjoy a hide away in this calm and stylish home surrounded by native bush, located 2 km’s away from Hahei beach.

This holiday home sleeps up to 8 guests in 3 bedrooms.
1x King bedroom, 1x Queen bedroom and another room with 1x Double/Single Bunk and a Single bed.

There is one bathroom with a bath/toilet/basin and another bathroom with a shower/toilet/basin.

Make sure you bring your yoga mat and plenty of outdoor games your family and friends love, as there is a huge lawn out the back for everyone to play on.

Stroll to Hahei beach within half an hour on a track close by or throw your beach bag in the car and get to

Hahei Beach within just 5 minutes.

					We would definitely stay here again (although this was a splurge for us). The surrounding nature was outstanding with a huge yard, trees, birds, stars- the kids had a ball running around and making fairy houses. The sunrise was gorgeous. Inside the house had everything we needed including comfortable and clean beds, linens, showers.  The house is so well situated to enjoy the surroundings. It was easy to get to hot water beach and the beautiful walk to cathedral cove. 
For future guests, consider arriving in daylight and check directions as there are some steep driveways in the area and googlemaps led us up a wrong super steep driveway nearby- so check specific instructions from host- they were there, we just forgot to check ahead of time as Google maps has been good in NZ. Also, the mountain roads to get across the Coromandel Peninsula are very curved and were a little tough for us in the dark. It was still very much worth it for us, and we hope to visit again with more time there.  - 2025-05-17

					WOW!!!! The view is AMAZING!!!!  If we didn't have other places to see, we could've just sat on the deck and bird-watched all day. Oh, and the stars at night...just spectacular. 					This house is peaceful located just a few minutes up a private drive from Hehei. It has a good view over a pretty lawn and Pine forest.  You can see the ocean over the tree tops from the deck.  The owner provided red headlamps to look for Kwis in the dark.  We could hear them clearly after sundown but couldn’t find any after one try.  The beds were super comfy and we slept hard because it was so quiet.  Our host Tina was very accommodating when a vehicle repair delayed our checkout by a few hours. 					We had an incredible stay! The location was so tranquil and the property was perfect. My family and I travelled up from Wellington and had never been to the Coromandel before, and the house far exceeded our expectations. It was perfectly set up, everything had been thought of, including outdoor beanbags, board games, cooking equipment and CD, movies and books. I could not recommend this place enough!
