The house has a beautifully spacious lounge and dining area, with big doors leading out onto the deck, where you can enjoy watching the sunrise or sizzling up a kiwi BBQ. Make yourself comfortable on the window seat with your favourite book or simply enjoy the view.

The master king bedroom is located next to the lounge/kitchen area, with an ensuite bathroom. The bedroom features a louvre, which can be opened up to enjoy the incredible views.

The queen bedroom and kids room share another spacious bathroom with shower, basin and toilet.

The kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a microwave.

The house includes parking for up to 4 cars.

					Really loved this home. So spacious and clean and comfortable (amazing large bean bags! Great beds w soft sheets). The reading nook w the view of islands a fave. Great communication w host—even brought sensitive soap when I requested it! Easy enough walk to cathedral cove, which was a highlight. And pour house brewery good dinner spot. 					We loved our stay in Hahei!  What a lovely little town, small enough to explore and big enough to have a great cafe, shop, a lovely artists market place, and kayaking rentals.  There’s a great pottery a short drive away (Hahei Clay) with beautiful posters, pots, cards and an amazing view.  The house was perfect for us, with lots of space for a big family (of four plus grandparents).The beds were particularly comfortable, and the layout of the rooms worked really well for us, with young family one end of the house and our bedroom and large bathroom the other.  Thank you Tina for your attentiveness and understanding and flexibility when the roads were impassable due to landslips.  We will be back!  - 2026-01-29

					Gorgeous views and wonderful location to Cathedral Cove, Hahei beach, Hot Water Beach. We had a wonderful stay with our children and my parents. 					Family with 4 younger boys and we loved the place. Just gorgeous views. Our kids loved it. Nice to be close to the cathedral cove. And we went to 4 different beaches that were close and everything was close either walk or short drive. The hill can be a bit of a steep walk up and down, but it’s so scenic.The bunk beds were great. Tina was responsive when the internet went out. It was a service provider issue and she had workers out quick to fix and helped us get temporary internet in the meantime. Very friendly.The kitchen needed a bit of child proofing for our 1.5 year old. We moved some stuff to be out of reach.  - 2025-12-10

					The house is very spacious with breathtaking view of the ocean and the valley . Stepping in the house I instantly felt refresh and peaceful . This is one of the best Airbnb houses that I have stayed . It is very clean and has everything I need . I cooked my own meals there during my stay . 					This incredible home in Hahei was everything I hoped for and more. One of my favorite Airbnbs of all time. The views of the ocean, islands, hillside, and town were gorgeous, whether you are standing in the kitchen, dining area, living room, deck or master bedroom. I couldn't get enough!Parking was perfect - right at the entrance!The kitchen layout was perfect and stocked with everything I needed. The bathroom layout was great and everything pristine - loved the bathtub and the shower pressure awesome. Of all the towns on the Coromandel Coast (they are all special), Hahei stole my heart. The home is right on the way to the most beautiful hike down to Cathedral Cove. Tina was an amazing host - from the moment I reached out with questions until the day I left. She had the most excellent recommendations- Sauna Ora (amazing!), Blue Sea Massage in Cook's Beach (Joanna is incredible), Whangamatā Surf School...She was kind and helped me get acquainted with the home at check in.  - 2025-11-22
